Coordination

90% of participants agreed that CareGeneral helped them better coordinate and communicate with other caregivers

Efficiency

89% agreed or strongly agreed that they were able to accomplish caregiving and care management tasks more efficiently by using CareGeneral.

Less Stress

79% of caregiver respondents agreed that CareGeneral made them feel less stress or anxiety about managing the care of their care recipients.

 

Confidence

Of the users that accessed Expert Help, 83% stated that having online access to a GCM helped them feel more confident about their caregiving.

Concentration

The majority of participants reported that CareGeneral helped them better concentrate at work and take fewer breaks.
